OUR WORK FLOW

We follow each step of the production process, from the purchasing of the raw materials, to the finishing of the fabrics, and the packaging of the finished products.

ACQUIRING OF THE YARNS

We select the best natural raw materials: Egyptian, Indian, Supima, American cottons, flax from Flanders, and quality cotton melange yarns. To maintain the highest quality of our finished products, we perform quality control for all our yarn lots, testing for consistency, thickness, strength, and other parameters.

DYEING OF COTTON YARN

The process of yarn dyeing brings out the qualities intrinsic to the natural material and enhances the longevity of the final product.
We collaborate only with the best dyeing houses in Italy. The dyeing equipment used in this particular phase of the process, can control and ensure color consistency and uniformity. We check the color consistency by using the traditional method, the naked eye, and also modern method of using the spectrum-photometric equipment.

AUTOMATED SPINNING OF YARN

We use the most advanced automated equipment, high degree of precision, to spin yarns for each specification.

WARPING

Our warp yarns are produced based on specifications, free of knots and defects, quality checked before moving on to the weaving process.
We respect our tradition and heritage, it is important to note that our modern machinery can be attributed to the genius of Leonardo Da Vinci. He had made many studies and drawing of the automated spinning and weaving loom, paving the way for the modern equipment we use to create our luxurious fabrics.

WEAVING

The weaving phase of the work flow is the heart of the production. Our modern looms are operated by skilled experienced artisan weavers. All weaving facilities and laboratories are within 20 kilometers from our main office, enabling us to have direct contact and quality control at each stage of the process.

QUALITY CONTROL

We have two levels of quality control at the weaving and finishing stages: the first inspection follows the weaving stage and the second is performed after the initial finishing process. We carefully examine each meterage of fabric before moving on to the next stage.

FINISHING & DYEING

The next phase of the finishing process can be referred to as “alchemy”.
We transform the fabric to achieve intrinsic qualities of luster and shine; softness and suppleness; the process of “ennoblement”.
Geographically we are fortunate to have a natural resource of water, a vital element in making high quality fabrics during our dyeing and finishing processes.
Our Oeko-Tex certification: During production there are by-products and chemicals, which are not harmful to humans, they are treated and disposed in compliance with industrial and environmental regulations.

MANUFACTURING

The manufacturing is the “clothes” of our products and is the last step of the production process. We entrust ourselves to the best Italian artisans, who offers a wide range of sewing techniques.
